Existing order

Include the order number beginning with the date, the name used on the order, and the email address used at checkout. If the question is about an artwork proof, reply in the same email thread so the previous layout and details stay together.

For delivery issues, send the tracking number and, where relevant, a photograph of the parcel or item. Never send full payment-card details by email or WhatsApp.
